Your data is used to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
When you claim a sponsored free ride, we offer to keep you in the loop on more of them: say yes and we'll share your name, email, city, and interests with the sponsor paying for your ride so they can send you info about new free rides, promos, and offers near you. We share that information with the sponsor only if you say yes at claim time, and we record your answer, its timestamp, and the version of the disclosure you saw. Saying yes is optional and never a condition of receiving a free ride — say no and your ride is still free. Once shared, the sponsor — not PUL — is responsible for how they use your information under their own privacy practices, and you can change your answer anytime. We never share your ride history, trip locations, or payment information with sponsors.
